Magnetite ore crusher and crushing solution design

The magnetite ore is sent to the coarse crusher, the material discharged from the coarse crusher is fed into a dry magnetic pulley through the belt conveyor, and the concentrate product of the first stage is entered into the secondary crushing by the belt conveyor through the silo.The material after secondary crushing is fed into the second-stage dry magnetic pulley by the belt conveyor.The concentrate product is divided into two products on the screen and under the screen by the screening machine.After being crushed by the fine crusher, the products on the screen are combined with the products after secondary crushing and then enter the screening machine.The products under the sieve are fed into the three-stage dry magnetic separator through the belt conveyor.The concentrate of the three-stage dry magnetic separator is used as the crushed final product, and the waste rock of the magnetic separator is sent to the waste rock bin.

Magnetite ore crusher

Our company provides a new three-stage pre-selection and crushing process for low-grade magnetite, which removes the waste rock to the maximum extent before grinding, improves the grinding grade, realizes the energy saving and consumption reduction of the concentrator, and reduces the cost of beneficiation.

1) The magnetite ore with a particle size of 1000mm transported from the vegetable farm is sent to the coarse crusher for crushing.
2) The ore in the receiving silo is fed into the primary crusher by the screen feeder.
3) The ore crushed by the primary coarse crusher is sent to the first-stage dry separation magnetic pulley.
4) The tailings selected by a dry separation magnetic pulley are sent to the waste rock bin and then transported out by car.
5) The concentrate with a particle size of 250-300mm selected by the first-stage dry separation magnetic pulley is sent to the secondary crushing bin and then sent to the secondary crusher for secondary crushing.
6) The ore crushed by the crusher in the second stage is sent to the unloading truck by the belt conveyor, and the unloading truck sends the ore into the second stage of the dry separation magnetic pulley for the second stage magnetic separation.
7) The tailings selected by the second-stage dry separation magnetic pulley are sent to the waste rock warehouse and then transported out by car.
8) The concentrate selected by the second-stage dry separation magnetic pulley is sent to the vibrating screen silo, and then sent to the vibrating screen through the feeding belt conveyor.
9) The products on the screen of the vibrating screen are sent to the fine crushing silo and then sent to the three-stage fine crusher, crushed to a particle size of 75-100mm, and then returned to the vibrating screen.
10) The particle size of the product under the vibrating screen is 12-0mm and sent to the powder ore dry magnetic separator.
11) The tailings of the powder ore dry magnetic separator are sent to the waste rock bin and then transported out by car.
12) The concentrate selected by the powder ore dry magnetic separator is sent to the main workshop.
