
Overview
Super Pressure Trapezium Grinder Mill is designed by our experts on the basis of a long time’s study of High Pressure Suspension Grinding Mill, introducing the advanced technology both at home and abroad. After many years’ effort of our experts and other technicians, we have developed this series of the grinding mill. It adopts the trapezium working surface, resilient joint, adding pressure by the roller linkage to get the powder.
Super Pressure Trapezium Grinder Mill is used to grinding various non-inflammable and non-explosive material in mining, building, chemical, metallurgical industry; etc.The final product size can be adjusted between 0-2.8mm according to the customers’ demand.

Production capacity : Up to 22TPH, capacity depends on the size of fineness

Features
1.The roller and grinding ring are designed in inverted trapezium with different diameter, which reduces the materials slip velocity between roller and grinding ring, extend grinding time, and enhance crushing effect.
2.The pressure spring keeps balance and pressure boost.
3.The forming resilent joint keeps smooth and steady, and can avoid resonance.
4.The high density powder concentrator reduces the resistance to air flow, which greatly enhances precision and output.
5.Matched with high-efficiency and energy-saving centrifugal induced draft fan, the efficiency is 83%.

Working Principle
Large materials are crushed by Jaw crusher to the needed sizes firstly, then the materials are elevated to storage hopper by bucket elevator, third, the materials are fed into the grinding chamber for grinding by vibrating feeder equably and continuously. The powder after grinding goes upwards together with the airflow, after seperating by powder seperator, those which can meet the fineness requirement enters into the cyclone powder collector through pipe together with the airflow, and then discharged from the discharge valve as final products. The airflow is sucked into centrifugal blower through wind recycling pipe at the upper part of cyclone powder collector. The mainframe is drived by the speed reducer through the central axis in the mill.The quincunx stand connected with the upper part of central axis, at the quincunx stand, rollers are set and by which the vibrating pivot formed. Below the quincunx stand and rollers there is shoval system. Materials are fed into the space between rollers and shovels when they are turning, and then be grinded by the pressure produced when rollers are turning, thus powder is made.
