Hematite Ore Cone Crusher

Grinding mill for hematite ore grinding

In consideration of over grinding in grinding process, the grinding technical efficiency of comminuted hematite products using a high-pressure grinding roller mill and a conventional cone crusher were comparatively studied. Compared with cone crusher products, individual size distributions in high-pressure grinding roller mill product show a more significant “double-peak” characteristic. The results show that high-pressure grinding roller mill products are finer and have a wider full-size distribution because of the greater proportion of fines. high-pressure grinding roller mill products need a shorter grinding time and have a lower relative grindability. high-pressure grinding roller mill products have a lower technical efficiency at a decreasing rate than the cone crusher product for feeds of <2.0 mm and <0.5mm size fractions, and then show a slightly higher technical efficiency for the feed of 0.5−2.0 mm size fraction. Based on the above research, a new process of ultra-crushing in high-pressure grinding roller mill – classified grinding is advanced. The new comminuting process is adopted to reduce ores tonnage into first stage ball mill significantly, improve grinding efficient and weaken overgrinding in the whole grinding process.
