Robo sand is a term used to refer to artificial sand that is manufactured with the help of advanced technology. It is a substitute for river sand and is used in the construction industry to make concrete and other building materials. The production process of robo sand involves crushing of rocks into fine particles and mixing them with water and cement to create a strong and durable material.
The machinery and equipment used for manufacturing robo sand are highly advanced and automated. They include crushers, screens, conveyors, and feeders, which are used to break down the raw materials and separate them into different sizes. The crushing process involves the use of a primary crusher, followed by secondary and tertiary crushers, to reduce the size of the rocks to the desired size.
Once the rocks are crushed, they are then screened to remove any impurities or oversized particles. The screening process is done using vibrating screens, which separate the sand into different sizes and ensure uniformity in the final product. The separated sand is then stored in storage bins and transported to the mixing unit.
In the mixing unit, the robo sand is mixed with water and cement to form a paste-like material. This mixture is then poured into molds or used directly in construction projects. The use of robo sand has several advantages over traditional river sand, including its availability, consistency, and environmental friendliness. It is also cheaper and can be produced in large quantities, making it a preferred choice for construction companies.
Overall, the manufacturing machinery and equipment used for producing robo sand are highly efficient and automated. They ensure the production of high-quality sand that meets the required standards for construction purposes. The use of robo sand in the construction industry has gained popularity due to its numerous advantages, and it is expected to continue growing in the coming years.
