Process flow

The production process of heap leaching gold extraction is mainly composed of the construction of heap leaching sites, the pretreatment of ore (crushing or granulating), heap building, spray leaching, recovery of gold in gold-containing precious liquid, and disinfection and unloading of waste ore heaps. part composition.

1.Raw ore processing:After the raw ore is crushed to a certain particle size (30-50mm) with a jaw crusher and a cone crusher, it is directly piled; The ore is transported to the ore heap by forklifts for stacking.

After the cyanide solution reacts with the mine pile, the gold-containing solution (precious liquid) seeps out from the bottom of the mine pile, flows into the noble liquid pool, and is pumped into the adsorption column by the noble liquid pump. 3.Desorption electrolysis:After the precious liquid is desorbed and electrolyzed by high temperature and high pressure, gold mud is obtained, and the gold mud is smelted to finally obtain high-purity gold ingots.
