A stone crushing plant is a multi-stage process that involves various stages of crushing and screening to produce a range of final products. The flow chart for the process is shown below.
Crushing and Screening Process
Firstly, the big raw materials are evenly sent to jaw crusher by vibrating feeder for coarse crushing, and the coarsely crushed materials are sent to the cone crusher or impact crusher for further crushing, depending on the customer’s requirements.
Secondly, the crushed stones are conveyed by belt conveyor to the vibrating screen for screening. Screening is used to separate different sizes of crushed stones.
Thirdly, the stones that meet the size requirements are sent to the finished product pile by belt conveyor, while the stones that do not meet the size requirements are sent back to the impact crusher or cone crusher for further crushing.
Finally, the finished products are transported to the storage yard by the belt conveyor for storage or further use.
