The production line adopts the design concept of green mine and intelligent mine. The adopted “jaw crusher+cone crusher” three-stage and one-closed-circuit crushing process, one-line dual-purpose, can not only process high calcium stone, but also produce sand and gravel aggregate. Compared with the impact crusher process, the yield of 40-80mm is higher. the operating cost is lower, the production line is more stable and reliable; the modular design of each workshop improves efficiency; the centralized arrangement reduces the investment cost of each workshop. Dust removal system, atomization spray system and intelligent control system are all available, which fully meet the design requirements.
