2.Coal Milling: The raw coal is then fed into a coal mill, where it is ground into fine powder. The grinding process involves a combination of crushing, impact, and attrition, resulting in the reduction of coal particle size.

3.Drying and Grinding: The milled coal is dried to reduce its moisture content, which enhances the combustion efficiency. The grinding continues, ensuring the coal reaches the desired fineness for proper combustion in the kiln.

4.Coal Dust Storage and Distribution: After grinding, the coal dust is stored in silos or bunkers. From here, it can be distributed to the kiln or further processes through pneumatic conveying systems.

5.Kiln Feeding: The pulverized coal is then fed into the rotary kiln, where it undergoes a high-temperature chemical transformation, known as clinkerization. In the kiln, the coal reacts with other raw materials to produce clinker, the primary component of cement.

6.Clinker Cooling: The clinker produced in the kiln is extremely hot, and it needs to be rapidly cooled down to prevent it from setting prematurely. This is typically done in a clinker cooler.

7.Cement Grinding: After cooling, the clinker is mixed with a small amount of gypsum and ground into a fine powder in cement mills. Various types of grinding equipment can be used, such as ball mills, vertical roller mills, or roller presses, depending on the desired characteristics of the final cement product.

8.Cement Storage and Distribution: The finished cement is stored in silos before being dispatched to customers either in bulk or in bags.

It ensures that the coal is properly ground and dried before being used in the kiln, thereby optimizing the overall cement manufacturing process.
