Cameroon Pankar Power Station 200 t/h sand and gravel aggregate processing production line for dams is located in the LOM PANGAR hydropower station project in Cameroon, Africa. The field mining material is the material source. The system production process and all equipment, modular structural parts, belt conveyors, and control systems are designed, manufactured, installed and commissioned by our company. The system adopts some modular steel structural parts, which is convenient and quick to install, has a short installation period, high efficiency, and saves floor space. The electrical control system of the system adopts PLC automatic monitoring and control, which ensures the safe and efficient operation of the system.
The sand and gravel aggregate production line system with an output of 200 tons per hour generally has 4 systems：
Feeding system: Generally, vibrating feeder equipment is used to be responsible for the supply of stone;
Conveying system: the use of environmentally friendly conveyor belts;
Crushing system: composed of multiple crushers, crushing various ore raw materials into finished materials of required particle size;
Screening system: screening equipment such as circular vibrating screen or linear vibrating screen.
