The most common manganese ore is anhydrous and water-containing manganese oxide and manganese carbonate. There are 150 known manganese minerals, but the manganese content is the highest, and there are only 5-6 kinds of manganese minerals that can be enriched to form economical value. The most important and most economically valuable are pyrolusite and hard manganese ore, as well as hydromanganese ore, limonite, black manganese ore, rhodochrosite and so on.
Manganese ore crushing process

The manganese ore processing technology mainly includes three processes: crushing, grinding and beneficiation.During the crushing process, the three-stage closed-circuit crushing is the most modern and suitable for the crushing of high hardness manganese ore, which can complete the work of ore crushing and partial dissociation, thereby improving the subsequent grinding efficiency;In the grinding process, the two-stage one-closed grinding is an efficient grinding process, which can make the manganese ore grind more fully; in the beneficiation process, the more successful new processes that have appeared in recent years are mainly: “stage grinding” ﹑Weak magnetic separation – reverse flotation process”, “full magnetic separation separation process”, “ultrafine crushing – wet magnetic separation tail throwing process”.
The large manganese ore is evenly sent to the jaw crusher or mobile jaw crushing station (primary crushing) by the vibrating feeder through the silo for coarse crushing; After the coarsely crushed manganese ore is screened by vibrating screen, it is sent to the single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher (secondary crushing) by the belt conveyor for secondary crushing;The medium crushed manganese ore material is sent to the multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for fine crushing.
The 0-12mm manganese powder sieved by the vibrating screen is evenly sent to the ball mill for grinding, and sieved by the screw classifier, and those that do not meet the requirements are sent to the ball mill to continue grinding;
The manganese powder that meets the beneficiation requirements is sent to the magnetic separator for strong magnetic separation and magnetic separation to remove sundries;
