The process of concrete sand and gravel aggregate production line mainly consists of the following three systems:
- Feeding system
The system is to send raw materials to each section of crusher equipment and screening machine, according to the crushing and screening process. The equipment that completes the feeding process includes vibrating feeders or other types of feeding equipment. In the sand and gravel production line, the feeder equipment is generally used to be responsible for the supply of stone.
- Crushing system
The system is the heart of the entire equipment. Its job is to crush various ore raw materials into finished materials of required particle size. A combined sand and gravel production line can be composed of multiple crushers. These crushing machines have different properties and work together to complete the crushing of stone.
- Screening and conveying system
The system is to screen the crushed ore by a screening machine. In the sand and gravel composite production line, the sand and stone need to be separated, and the graded sand and gravel need to be transported to their respective sites. The equipment used in this process is generally a linear vibrating screen or other screening machinery.
During the working process of the concrete sand and gravel aggregate production line, the large stones are evenly sent to the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder through the silo for coarse crushing, and the coarsely crushed stones are sent to the cone crusher by the belt conveyor (or Impact crusher) for secondary crushing, the crushed stone is sent to the vibrating screen by the belt conveyor for screening, and the finished sand is sent to the sand washing machine by the belt conveyor for cleaning, and then sent to the finished material pile by the belt conveyor; The large-grained stone (on the screen) is sent to the vertical impact crusher (sand making machine) by the belt conveyor for fine crushing, and the finely crushed stone is sent to the vibrating screen again by the belt conveyor for screening, thus forming a closed circuit for multiple cycles .
The choice of crushing equipment and combination form must be fully compared by each enterprise, and the final decision must be made rationally.
Aggregate production crushing equipment generally adopts two-stage crushing of coarse crushing and fine crushing. For coarse crushing, jaw crusher is usually used, impact crusher and cone crusher are used for secondary crushing; impact crusher and sand making machine are usually used for fine crushing. The basic process is raw ore, such as limestone, river pebble, basalt, calcite, granite and other raw ores, and the stone less than 1200mm is sent to the vibrating feeder through the dump truck, and the vibrating feeder sends the stone evenly to the jaw crusher. The jaw crusher crushes the stone in the first stage. The crushed stone from the jaw is about 150mm-300mm. The material is sent to the European version of the impact crusher or the cone crusher through the vibrating feeder for the second stage of crushing. The material is classified and screened, and the material larger than the finished product is returned to the impact crusher for re-crushing. If a finer particle size is required, the stone below 40mm can be sent to the sand making machine, and finally, the finished material is classified and screened by a circular vibrating screen, and then conveyed to the finished product area by a belt conveyor.
