Jaw Crusher (PE900 * 1200) as the primary crushing machine to capacity 220-500 tons. Impact Crusher (PF1315) as the secondary crushing machine , the production capacity 300-350tons. You can also use our newly developed hydraulic impact crusher, its production will reach a higher level. By the vibrating screen, check the different specifications of the material classification.
1.350 tons per hour Stone crushing production line process
First, stone is preliminary crushing by rough crusher (coarse jaw crusher), then the production cost of the crude material by belt conveyors to fine crushing jaw crusher or impact crusher to further crushing, fine crushing after stones into the shaker screening three kinds of rocks, stones, super-size stones back into the small break to re-crushing, the final output to meet the requirements of a variety of stone.
