This project is an upgrade and transformation project of a company’s Indonesian branch to expand the production scale on the basis of the previous old production line. This project is jointly implemented by our company and a company in Singapore. The project planning, process design, equipment manufacturing, system installation and commissioning , System training is delivered and operated. In order to improve efficiency and save investment costs, the system adopts unit modular structure component installation, and the system is mainly based on the production of building aggregates.
300tph Granite Crushing Line Process Flow
This 300t/h building-specific stone production line usually goes through several links such as crushing, sand making, screening, and sand washing. The detailed process is as follows:
- Crushing: The materials to be processed are uniformly and continuously sent to the jaw crusher through the vibrating feeder for coarse crushing, and then sent to the impact crusher through the belt conveyor for fine crushing, and then screened by the circular vibrating screen. .
- Sand making: After screening, the materials that meet the requirements will enter the sand making machine through the conveyor for sand making and shaping.
- Screening: The materials from the sand making machine enter the circular vibrating screen again through the conveyor. The unqualified materials need to be sent to the sand making machine again to continue the sand making process, and the unqualified materials enter the following process.
- Cleaning: There will be certain impurities in the stone after sand making, and the qualified finished stone can be obtained after being cleaned by the sand washing machine.
