The iron ore crusher is a kind of mechanical equipment that crushes the raw iron ore step by step, from the bulk raw iron ore (about 500mm) to the millimeter fine material. All the advantages of the roller crusher, the self-developed crushing equipment is suitable for the fine crushing operation with the compressive strength less than 300Mpa, the humidity less than 30%, the feed particle size less than 70mm, and the finished product particle size less than 5mm. Using the iron ore crusher to process a large amount of iron ore raw ore can separate the iron fine powder with economic value.
Iron ore crushing equipment includes mobile crusher, jaw crusher, hydraulic cone crusher, spring cone crusher, impact crusher, hammer crusher, roller crusher, etc. The crushing and processing of ore resources can be realized in a reasonable way.
According to the customer’s requirements for output and granularity, we recommend two mobile crushing plant, YG1349EW8 and Y3S2160HP220 (EC).
Engineers configured YG1349EW8, Y3S2160HP220 (EC) mobile stations for customers. When the large stone enters the silo, it enters the PEW860 European version jaw crusher for initial crushing through the GZD1300×4900 vibrating feeder, and then the belt conveyor sends the stone to the HPT300 hydraulic cone crusher for secondary crushing, and the crushed stone is transported by the belt conveyor. Go to the 3YZS2160 vibrating screen for screening, and screen out the finished materials.
