The project is located in Johannesburg, the largest city in South Africa, and adopts the mining scheme of open-pit mining. According to the on-site situation, our company’s engineers have configured two K series tire mobile crushing plant – coarse crushing mobile plant + medium and fine crushing screening mobile plant,The material is crushed by excavator→feeder→jaw crusher→screening→HP cone crusher for secondary crushing to complete the processing process.
The engineer configured the KE860-1 coarse crushing mobile station and the KH300-2 medium and fine crushing and screening mobile plant for the customer. When the large stone enters the silo, it enters the PEW860 European version jaw crusher for initial crushing through the GZD1300×4900 vibrating feeder, and then the belt conveyor sends the stone to the HPT300 hydraulic cone crusher for secondary crushing, and the crushed stone is transported by the belt conveyor. Go to the 3YZS1860 vibrating screen for screening, and screen out the finished materials.
