The river pebble crusher is an important equipment on the pebble production line. It is generally used in the crushing and processing process of river pebble. It can coarsely crush materials with larger particle size. It is widely used in mining, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, electric power, water conservancy , transportation, etc.

River pebble crushing process
The processing of river pebble is divided into three stages: coarse crushing by jaw crusher, medium and fine crushing by impact crusher or cone crusher, and sand shaping by sand making machine.
River pebble crusher processing equipment includes C6X Series Jaw Crusher,HPT Hydraulic Cone Crusher,VSI6X sand making machine.
Stage 1: Coarse crushing of river pebbles
The large river pebbles are evenly fed by the vibrating feeder through the silo, and transported to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing. The cone crusher performs medium and fine crushing.
Stage 2: fine crushing in river pebbles
The river pebbles sent to the impact crusher/cone crusher are crushed by medium and fine, and then screened by a circular vibrating screen, and the larger particles of the river pebbles are returned to the impact crusher/cone crusher to be broken again.
Stage 3: river pebble sand making
The crushed river pebbles are sent to the sand making machine for further crushing and shaping. If clean river pebbles are required, they can be sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning.
Stage 4: Packaging
The dried finished river pebbles are packaged and stored.
