Dolomite crushing process
Stage 1: Coarse crushing of dolomite
Large pieces of dolomite are transported to the silo by special vehicles, and then sent to the jaw crusher by forklifts/manually for crushing, and crushed to a size smaller than the maximum feed size of the mill.
Stage 2: dolomite medium fine crushing
The dolomite crushed by the crusher is lifted to the storage hopper by the elevator, and the storage hopper is discharged and then fed to the host by the feeder evenly.
Stage 3: sand making from dolomite
In the grinding process, the qualified products are screened by the screening system and then enter the collector through the pipeline. After being collected, they are discharged through the powder discharge pipe to be the finished product. The unqualified products fall into the main engine for re-grinding.
Stage 4: Finished Product
The purified air flows through the residual air duct above the dust collector and flows into the blower. The air path is circulating. Except for the positive pressure from the blower to the grinding chamber, the airflow in the rest of the pipeline flows under negative pressure, and the indoor sanitary conditions are better.
