1. Float mother first, then float spodumene, finally float feldspar.
The process is as follows: using cationic floating cloud mother, carried out in weak acid environment; Concentrate the flotation tailings to 50%, and then mix with oleic acid collector and alcohol based foaming agent to make its solid content up to 17%, float spodumene; The enriched tailings were enriched with hydrofluoric acid and floatated with cationic collector.
2. Float spodumene first, then float mother, and then float feldspar.
The technological process is as follows: concentrate the slurry to 64%, add oleic acid, sulfuric acid, foaming agent, mix, make it solid 21%, spodumene float; The cationic collector was used to surface mica from spodumene flotation tailings. Feldspar powder was activated with mica flotation tailings and hydrofluoric acid, and cationic collector was added to float feldspar powder.
3. Mixed flotation of spodumene and mica, finally feldspar.
The process is as follows: the flotation of mica-spodumene by mixing sulfuric acid in the slurry and adding anionic collector; Mixing concentrate in acidic solution makes mica ore and iron ore emerge to form spodumene. After mixed flotation, the tailings were treated with hydrofluoric acid and then surfaced with cationic collector. The reverse flotation of spodumene is carried out in alkaline pulp, using dextrin and starch as corrosion inhibitor, alcohol oil as foaming agent, and cationic collector of amines to flotation quartz, feldspar, mica and other gangue minerals.
