The proposed design incorporates the use of a hydraulic mechanism for the crushing process, reducing manual labor and increasing efficiency.
The machine will be capable of crushing stones of different sizes, starting from 10mm to 25mm as per the requirement. The stones will be fed into the hopper by a conveyor belt and crushed using a combination of jaw and cone crushers. The crushed stones will be screened to separate the products of required sizes.
The machine will be powered by a diesel engine or an electric motor, depending on the availability of power in the area. It will be designed to have a capacity of crushing 500-600 tons of stone per day, which will be sufficient to meet the demand of the project.
The project is expected to have a payback period of about 2 years, assuming an average selling price of Rs. 70 per ton of crushed stone. The total investment required for the project is estimated to be around Rs. 2.5 crores, including land, machinery, and working capital.
