Process flow of nickel ore dressing production line

Grinding and separation stage of nickel ore beneficiation production line: the ore in the round ore bin is fed into the ball mill by the electric vibration feeder for grinding, the ground minerals are sent to the hydraulic cyclone for grading, the bottom flow returns to the ball mill for grinding, the overflow is stirred by the pipeline conveying mixing tank, and the pulp enters the flotation machine after mixing.
After the pulp is roughed once, the roughed tailing is roughed twice, and the roughed concentrate is roughed twice. The resulting concentrate and the roughed concentrate are roughed once, and the concentrate is roughed twice to get the final copper concentrate pulp. The tailings of the secondary separation return to the primary separation for further separation. The tailings of secondary roughing are piped to the cyclone for classification, and the bottom flow of classification enters the ball mill for re-grinding and returns to the cyclone. The tailings of classification overflow and primary separation of copper and nickel are carried out for middle ore re-separation, and the final nickel concentrate pulp and total tailings pulp are obtained.
Processing of concentrate and tailings in nickel ore dressing production line: concentrate pulp is transported by pipeline to deep cone multi-cone high-efficiency thickener for enrichment, overflow water is returned to production and reuse, enrichment bottom flow enters plate filter press for filtration, filter cake is transported by belt conveyor to concentrate bin for storage. The tailings pulp is transported to the tailings pond for storage after the tailings are drained.
