The tailings of the secondary separation return to the primary separation for further separation. The tailings of classification overflow and primary separation of copper and nickel are carried out for middle ore re-separation, and the final nickel concentrate pulp and total tailings pulp are obtained.
Processing of concentrate and tailings in nickel ore dressing production line: concentrate pulp is transported by pipeline to deep cone multi-cone high-efficiency thickener for enrichment, overflow water is returned to production and reuse, enrichment bottom flow enters plate filter press for filtration, filter cake is transported by belt conveyor to concentrate bin for storage. The tailings pulp is transported to the tailings pond for storage after the tailings are drained.
