MC 100 R
Smallest jaw crusher in the MOBICAT model range. Compact, reliable and extremely flexible in application due to its infinitely variable gap width adjustment and hydraulic crusher drive, in particular when processing frequently changing feed material. The reversible crusher drive enables blockages in the crusher mouth to be removed quickly and easily.
MC 110 R EVO
Jaw crusher with an exceptionally broad range of applications. Equipped with an inlet opening of 44″ x 28 ″ in size, the MC 110 R combines the advantages of a professional stone crushing plant with those of a recycling crusher.
MC 110 Z EVO
Jaw crusher with an exceptionally broad range of applications. Equipped with an inlet opening of 44″ x 28″ in size, the MC 110 Z combines the advantages of a professional stone crushing plant with those of a recycling crusher. The double-deck pre-screen can be fitted with different types of screening surfaces, enabling the material to be optionally conducted around the crusher or discharged for stockpiling.
MC 120 Z
Classical plant for stone crushing which is, however, also well suited for concrete recycling. The standard vibrating discharge chute below the crusher reduces wear and tear on the belt of the main discharge conveyor, thus considerably increasing the plant’s operational safety. The plant’s exclusively electrical drives (with the exception of track drive and gap width adjustment) enable it to be operated with tremendous economic efficiency, which can be improved even further by optional connection to an external power source.
MC 125 Z
The overall design, drive concept and performance of this primary crushing plant have been specifically tailored to the requirements of quarry use. The SStR 1250 x 1000 jaw crusher weighs as much as 49 tons, is equipped with an especially long crushing jaw, and has a drive power of 265 HP. The 540-kVA generator produces sufficient energy during the crushing operation to drive additional external consumers, such as vibrating screens, a lighting system or mobile conveyor belts.
MC 140 Z
The MC 140 Z specializes in high annual production quantities and large feed sizes. This is achieved just as much by the massive double-deck heavy-duty screen, which has a length of more than 11′ 6″, as by the powerful 535 HP diesel engine. Weighing 57 tons, the single-jaw crushing unit is capable of processing feed material of up to 51″ x 40″ in size, and of achieving production rates of up to 700 t/h depending on the feed material to be processed.
MC 160 PRR
The MC 160 Z is the largest track-mounted mobile jaw crusher built by Kleemann. The actual “heart” of the plant, a 77-ton jaw crusher type SStR 1600, is capable of processing feed material of up to 55″ x 44″ in size. Driven by a 420 HP electrical motor, the plant offers a crushing performance of up to 1,200 t/h.
