Three methods of lithium ore beneficiation:

Hand selection method: according to the difference of mineral color and mineral shape to hand selection, obtain high purity lithium concentrate.

Magnetic separation method: For lithium ore with high iron content, magnetic separation method is usually used to screen out the iron ore and leave lithium concentrate with high purity.

Flotation method: Considering the nature of lithium ore itself, a relatively pure lithium concentrate can be obtained by using the mineral flotation method that allows the ore to come out with foam flotation.

The above three methods of lithium ore beneficiation are very common three ways, can meet the vast majority of the needs of beneficiation.

How is the process of crushing and grinding lithium ore realized?

After the mining of lithium ore, the bulk material is first crushed by electromagnetic dressing equipment; Then under the action of belt conveyor, it is evenly sent to the grinding machine for deep grinding treatment; After grinding, lithium ore powder should be reasonably screened by spiral classifier. After screening, qualified materials should be sent to the flotation machine for sorting and impurity removal. The lithium concentrate obtained after flotation can be dried to dry.

Spodumene: According to the hard rock crushing process, the crushed products are generally 5-40mm, combined with customer requirements of different design of two ends or three sections of crushing, broken products of high grade (more than 4-5%) can be directly into the metallurgical process to produce lithium carbonate or lithium hydroxide, the particle size of the finished products is generally around 20-40mm; Low grade generally need to enter the ball mill grinding and sorting, the particle size of the finished product is generally about 5-20mm;

What are the performance advantages of the equipment used in the crushing process?

Jaw crusher: V-type structure crushing chamber, the actual feed port width is the same as the nominal feed port, can meet the requirements of greater feeding, higher crushing efficiency, using toothed guard plate, increase the effective length of the jaw plate, to achieve the purpose of increasing output.

Cone crusher: hydraulic station, lubrication station integration design, save installation space; The hydraulic system adopts high pressure design to meet the ordinary pressure demand, and the equipment has a higher pressure margin when operating, which improves the reliability of the hydraulic system.
