The process technology of gypsum building powder production line includes from extraction of gypsum to crushing, sifting, calcinations, grinding, mixing, testing and eventually packaging. The machinery and equipment required for mining will include wagons, drills with rod bits, compressors, loaders, bulldozers, rippers and trucks, etc. The major equipment for plant will include, crushers, hammer mills, screen, coarse grain silo, hoppers, conveyor kiln, rotary kiln and mixer, bagging unit for plaster, plaster of Paris and agro gypsum.
1.Crushing, Grinding
Gypsum ore removed from the stockyard before placed into the crusher hopper, gypsum ore into the crusher broken into small pieces of less than 20mm, and then fed through Lifting mill after grinding into qualified gypsum powder particle size.
2.Calcining workshop section
After grinding gypsum into the warp Lifting machine calcined gypsum calcined, calcined machine uses gas as fuel oil furnace (also can use coal, gas, liquefied petroleum gas, diesel oil, fuel oil and other fuels), slow burn approach to using low temperature calcination, can guarantee a good stability of product quality.
