Ferrochromium slag processing
Ferrochromium slag beneficiation process flow by gravity methods from chromite ferrochrome slag recycling, the use of two Jigging Machine sorting, respectively ferrochrome coarse and fine particles, so that the interests of maximizing recovery of ferrochrome.
After a rough first large chromite residue jaw crusher broken into small pieces, pieces of fine chromite slag into jaw crusher for fine crushing, so that the final particle size control in less than 30mm, then enter the silo, hopper bottom Let electromagnetic vibrating feeder, the crushed ferrochromium slag evenly fed into AM30 jig jigging machine for coarse sorting, get ferrochrome and coarse tailings, tailings because there are a lot of fine-grained disseminated chrome ferroalloy, requires the use of a rod mill tailings will AM30 Jigging Machine grinding, chromite sand-like residue was into LTA1010/2 Jigging Machine jigging for secondary sorting, get fine ferrochrome and waste. The process for the recovery of ferrochrome total more than 90%, is widely used in ferrochromium slag treatment and recovery process.
After recovery over ferrochrome ferrochrome slag ferrochrome were very low, showed fine granular, may again be sold to the cement plant, new building materials factory and other enterprises, made of new materials, the whole process of the realization of the ferrochrome slag solid waste All recycling is not only useful in reducing the waste of resources, but also reduces solid waste on land occupied, the environment and human health hazards.
C&M Mining Machinery provides crushers suitable for ferrochrome slag processing, ferronickel slag, steel slag, manganese and other metals smelting slag slag processing and recycling, for customers and small-scale beneficiation test design process and device configuration.
