Expanding from the highly successful C12 crusher, improvements include a new compact chassis, along with the powerful CAT C-9 engine. Aiding in the processing of concrete, an over band magnet ensures the removal of any reinforcing bar during crushing, while the large 1200 x 750 mm high speed jaws give very high production and reduced wear through all types of crushing. The newly designated C12 crusher is the result of Extec’s unrivalled R&D program, and encompasses features designed to further enhance the profitability of the user at its core.The Extec C12 crusher is a full-size mobile primary jaw crusher suitable for high capacity processing a wide range of materials including hard rock, overburden, concrete etc.
The Extec C12 jaw crusher closed site setting can be easily and safely adjusted hydraulically. This machine is fitted with a self-cleaning magnet fitted over the discharge conveyor and can be supplied with a scalps belt to remove fines prior to the crusher. The large hopper incorporates a vibrating feeder with integral grizzly scalper is best suited to being loaded by an excavator.
