Raymond mill

Structure: By the main engine, analysis machine, pipeline device, blower, finished cyclone separator, crusher, hoist, screw feeder, electric control motor and so on. The main machine is composed of a frame, an inlet volute, a shovel, a grinding roller, a grinding ring, a housing and a motor.
Production advantages: 1. Upgraded on the basis of the traditional Raymond mill, the new swing structure is 30%-40% higher than the traditional Raymond mill, covers a small area, especially suitable for such as power plant desulfurization, manganese industry, coal powder three fields, the process technology is mature, MoHS hardness below 7 level, humidity within 6% of a variety of non-flammable and explosive materials. 2. The system is equipped with open circuit system and closed circuit system. The system stability and reliability are enhanced, and the explosion suppression performance is good.
Vertical grinding mill
Number of finished items: 22 — 180μm
Single unit hourly production: 1-200t/h
Structure: main machine, feeder, classifier, blower, pipe device, storage hopper, electronic control system, collection system, etc
Production advantages: 1. Set crushing, drying, grinding, grading and conveying as one, compact layout, small floor area, focusing on slag, pulverized coal, cement, non-metallic ore and other large-scale milling fields, can replace imported equipment, to meet the needs of large-scale, intelligent and intensive industrial milling. 2. Strong drying ability, can be directly through the hot air, hot air in the mill directly contact with the material, drying ability is strong, feeding water up to 15%, no need to match the dryer, saving equipment investment cost and energy consumption cost.
